Tim Hardy, Event Photographer
"Every day time races by, moments quickly escaping. Photographs allow me to freeze time and capture these meaningful experiences, making them a permanent image, a visual memory that we can share with friends and loved ones for years to come."
I received a camera from my Pops in 1996 and found I was immediately intrigued by the light and imagery I was able to capture through the lens. This was the beginning of my journey with photography as my passion and my profession.
I attended San Diego State University and graduated in 2006 obtaining a Fine Arts degree with an emphasis in painting and photography. With time, I realized that my true passion was photographing people. What I enjoy most is capturing activities people do with others or on their own that brings out the essence of their personality.
To me, photography is a creative expression, a mirror image of emotion and experience.
Stacy Keck, Event Photographer
You can find me behind the lens in San Diego, documenting the people, places and parties defining the spirit and energy of our city. Where I truly thrive and come alive is outside of my comfort zone -- working in unusual environments with all types of people and personalities. I've photographed everything from wild flamingoes in Bolivia to weddings in Beverly Hills. The diversity of this career feeds my passion to continue helping people and organizations savor moments and communicate ideas through wonderful images.
It is an incredible thing that I get to share these moments with you -- both in life and in photographs.
Meg Gneiting, Marketing Manager
Meg grew up in the mountains a few hours north of San Diego. Throughout college, she worked with young adults teaching snow sports, kayaking, rock climbing, hiking, and slack lining while earning a degree in International Business and a minor in Spanish Language. She spent the next year and a half of her life living in Santiago, Chile studying at Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile. While training to hike the tallest mountain in the southern hemisphere, Mt. Aconcagua, and exploring everything from Patagonia up to the Bolivian desert, she discovered the importance of human connection and impactful life work through the existing non-profits and educational organizations in the region. She taught English in elementary schools throughout this time and upon her return to the U.S.A, began working in the Outdoor Education industry with students between the ages of 12 and 17. OE combined such topics as leadership development, empowerment, and team building with outdoor hard skills such as camping, hiking, and ropes courses. But alas, her passion grew for the business administration and development behind these programs.
After a wonderful 4 years as VP of Sales at Positive Adventures, LLC, she took a 4 month sabbatical to trek in Nepal, tour many of the U.S National parks, and spend a quiet summer in the forest on Long Island, New York. With a strong desire to return to work combining education with many of her business and marketing skills, nothing could have been a better fit and inspiration than working with BOOST Collaborative.
Meg is newly engaged and her and her fiancé along with their puppy, Olive, live in Ocean Beach, San Diego.
